Mike Fair

Mike Fair is an award-winning brand and cultural strategist. Mike helps world-class brands authentically connect with consumers via deep understanding of culture and commerce. Mike has delivered brand and cultural strategy for notable brands including Walmart, Universal Music Group Distribution, AutoZone, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Mars Inc. and Chevrolet throughout his career. 

Mike recently led strategy on award-winning work for Mars with a 2021 Gold EFFIE win for the TWIX Kicks Cookies & Crème campaign in the Brand Experience / Shopper & Commerce category. Additionally, Mike was recently named as one of PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 2022 cohort.

Outside of work, Mike is a passionate advocate for mental health, wellness and social impact. He currently serves on multiple non-profit boards. He is a board member for The Healing (www.thehealingchi.org), a mental health and wellness non-profit focused on normalizing healing for BIPOC men. Mike also sits on the board for Hip-Hop superstar Big Sean’s youth focused non-profit organization, The Sean Anderson Foundation. Mike holds a BA in Business (Marketing) from Michigan State University and is a native of Detroit, MI. He currently resides in Chicago, IL.
